Avishai Cohen continues his orchestral success throughout Europe performing his project ‘An Evening with Avishai Cohen’ with the Stuttgarter Kammerorchester as part of Rheingau Musik Festival. This performance sees Cohen’s dynamic trio join the vibrant sound of the chamber orchestra.
Avishai’s trio includes one of the most diverse, versatile and fresh voices to emerge from the current jazz scene, pianist and composer, Omri Mor. Alongside them is the multi-talented and gifted percussionist Itamar Doari.
Previous performances have taken place at halls such as Vienna’s Musikverein and Konzerthaus, London’s Barbican and Paris’ Philharmonie and Avishai will take to the stage with this project at future performances with Orchestre National de Lille, Orchestre National Bordeaux Aquitaine, Malmö Symfoniorkester and Philharmonie Essen. Other future orchestral projects will include performances of film scores.
