On 26 May Leticia Moreno performs with her New Tango Quintet at Formentor Sunset Classics Festival alongside a line-up of Lang Lang, Anna Netrebko and Yusif Eyvazov Yvazov, as well as a Chamber Music Series.
The New Tango Quintet’s programme explores the full extent of Piazzolla’s compositional flair, exploring his work and improvisations and his interest in juggling with different sound combinations so as to explore the possibilities that each different combination of instruments might offer.
